Tonnere

The largest city in the Southern Heartlands, sitting within the vast plains north of the Atlas Mountains. Despite being a crossroads between many towns and villages, and being a major trade and stopover hub for travelers, the city is likely best known for its unique climate. Being at the center of where multiple current systems and temperature norms meet, Tonnere is best known as being the victim of hundreds of years of tornados and high winds. With little in the valley to cushion it against such weather, the city has had to take unique measures to ensure the safety of its citizens.
