The Brightguard
Once an elite group of monster hunters local to Korolevia, known as the Monstrov Hunters, the Brightguard keep small lodges throughout Argea and are the group people turn to when a monster needs offing. The price, however, means that only the wealthiest customers can afford it.
This is a very popular guild for dwarves and rugged humans, but all ancestries are welcome.
Structure
While the Brightguard have central leadership, the organization is largely governed according to the dictates of the local lodge Captains. The hierarchy is as follow:

Culture
The Brightguard are a professional cadre of monster hunters and act accordingly. Their individual personalities vary greatly, but the overall feel of each lodge is very similar. When dealing with non-members, they are calm and professional. When discussing hunts, policies, and other things internally, however, they can be a raucous bunch. Each lodge has an open bar and each gets a lot of use.
Public Agenda
The Brightguard are dedicated to the eradication of monsters: aberrations, beasts, dragons, fiends, giants, monitors, oozes, shadow beings, evil-aligned creatures, and the undead. Members often specialize in a specific kind of monster but are not required to do so.
History
The Brightguard were originally called the Monstrov Hunters and worked exclusively inside the Imperial Tsardom of Korolevia. After several decades of success, however, they began to found lodges throughout Argea.
