Jhunhai Vadir
Jhunhai Vadir was born the only son of two Bonds in Vaedragor Ward. As his family suffered under the harsh work schedules of the mines, Jhunhai watched in despair as their bodies were ground down until the both died in a cave in when he was only 14. Just before he was old enough to enter the mines, he ran from his Bondship and headed wyrmward toward Diyurgen Ward hoping to escape to a better life. He was discovered, and rather than execute him or force him into the mines Archon Vaedragor decided to make him into something much more sinister: her agent. For several years, Archon Vaedragor allowed Jhunhai to be raised in her castle, high above the Ward. After several months, lessons began to instruct Jhunhai in controlling The Tide, and as his mastery grew so did his dependance and loyalty to his Archon. After several years, Jhunhai became a shadowy executor of his Archon's will, moving among the Bonds and rooting out dissent and treason... at least that was as it appeared to be.
In reality, Jhunhai never lost his fire for rebellion against the Archons. Using his regular involvement with rebellious cells and underground organizations, Jhunhai feeds information and support to the most impoverished in the Ward, all while keeping up an appearance of fealty to Archon Vaedragor. From time to time he must still capture some rebellious elements, even sometimes executing them as he is commanded, but all of this is only the preliminary steps to day that he knows an Archon can and will finally be overthrown.

Facial Features
A closely-cropped beard is often all that is visible beneath the standard hood of his robes, but a neutral and thin-lipped expression is rarely ever replaces, and his brows are usually some manner of furrowed pwerpetually.
Physical quirks
Jhunhai always has smooth round stones on him for use with the catapult spell, and he frequently has two or three in one hand which he rotates around each other.
Apparel & Accessories
Jhunhai's face is very often covered, so as not to raise the ire of those who hate him while they are not yet aware he assists the rebellion, or even that there is one. He wears a deeply-hooded robe along with unrestricting tan clothes and a broad cloth belt. He wears tight leather boots that allow him graceful footwork without lacking protection

Assisted in the founding of rebellious elements in Vaedragor Ward, and is the primary source of information flowing from the Archon. Has managed over 10 years of avoiding suspicion thanks to a willingness to sacrifice burnt contacts to keep his cover.

Allowed his connection to a cell to be discovered once, which resulted in him turning over the cell to the Archon to escape suspicion.

Jhunhai is very suspicious, and will not openly act as anything other than a completely controlled agent unless in the presence of the appropriate signs and secret signals that are shared by rebellious forces in the Wards. He is always reserved, and virtually never takes pleasure in anything as far as an observer is aware.

Jhunhai is willing to do nearly anything he can which can help along the cause of bringing down an Archon. He simultaneously believes that the other Bonds are important, while believing that many of them may need to be sacrificed before they can all be free.
