Ancient Argentii for 'breath,' this is the title carried by the leader of the Shadow of the Wing. The Ploui is the soul source of transmission for the information contained in the Record of Creation, and also rules the city of Central Tilth, effectively controlling all of the Island of Tilth and it's precious glass monopoly.

History

No one quite remembers when the Puloi overtook the ruling caste of Tilth. They only remember that before the Ploui, leadership was divided among a council of the ruling caste. Now, they have become nothing more than mouths that echo the words of the Puloi and the arms that carry out his bidding.
