Trecas

A loose alliance of multiple smaller crime families along the Southern coast of Caesin. Most of their time is spent on inter-familial wars and feuds, but they also do a bit of crime on the side.
The alliance is led by a council of family elders, based in an estate just outside of Chantiso. They've recently been competing with House Grynd over control of Mornhaven and the valuable trade routes along its coast.
