Jacob Greenheart is an Arhorite born and raised in Freeport. He later went to New Haven where he lived with his uncle Samson. Later on, he took leave of Samson and returned to his roots of thievery. He came under the employ of Killian Van Kleiss, and worked for him until he fled with Ford Forged and Roya Val-Hum. Since then he has been apart of the Relic Hunters and acted as an appraiser for the party.

Jacob sees the world in dark shades of grey. He isn't overly suspicious of people nor is he optimistic about the good in people. He tries to do his best for the chosen few he finds interest in, but as a whole he doesn't strive to support the general good. He thinks every person should haul their own weight, keep society going, and go for whatever they want. That's not to say he'll support everyone's ambitions. If an evil sorcerer wishes to enslave the world Jacob will happily kill them because they pose a threat to the world. He won't fault them for following their dreams but he will always ask people to be ready for the consequences of their actions. He disdains any violence towards women and children.
