The king is in control of the laws and the government however due to the kingdom being a democracy the king will have council meetings with the royal council to decide on what changes may or may not need to be main.

the same goes for bounty hunters.
Culture
Every year when winter comes and the first snowfall comes all the citizens of meisha sit before candles and thank the gods for the harvest before the winter, they hold festivals for each of the seasons.
