The Battle of the Black Flame

Events leading up to the battle:

Winds of Death - An unusally large amount of Undead are sighted accross the new world.
The New World Unites - The remaining cohesive froces on Arion form a coalition in an attempt to halt the progress of the undead. These forces have moderate success, and losses can't be avoided.
The Old Capital is abandoned - The Old capital is abandoned as it is overrun. Undead forces are largely contained to the South

The Battle

Those new to Arion all band together, pooling their vast experience in dealing with the undead and Desecrated in Meadel. A group called The Heroes of the Veil is formed and they lead the charge to retake the Old capital. It is finally reclaimed in a 7 day long battle that lead to the death of many. Forces battled included a massive undead dragon.
The newly restored City is renamed Heroes' Rest and The Garden of Heroes is built in honour of those who served in the rescue.
