An overarching organization over many mercantile and artisan guilds who sponsor the notion of international trade. They sponsor expeditions deep into the interior of nations to seek out skilled artisans and merchants, connecting them with the respective guilds, and encouraging them to build trade routes through Caldera City, but only after they have taken their cut, of course.
