Altair	Leonin	Male	Altair is an old friend of Beregast; as they were former adventurers together. Since then Altair has retired to be a legal scholar and composer of bills for Caldera City. He is well known for several treatises.
Degra	Leonin	Male	Degra cheerfully runs the dayguard in the area around the Inn. He is meticulous in his reports; and not much gets past him.
Quince	Harengon	Female	Quince is Degra's lieutenant on the dayguard. He likes carrot soup with cilantro.
Splint	Harengon	Male	Splint is Degra's lieutenant on the dayguard. He likes carrot soup with cumin.
Quinn	Halfling	Male	Quinn is a grumpy halfling who runs the nightguard. He does not like disruptions; and looks for "an explosion free existence".
Cheff	Tabaxi	Female	Cheff is a lieutenant on Quinn's night guard. She is exceptional at hiding in the shadows.
Loryl	Dwarf	Male	Loryl is a lieutenant on Quinn's night guard. He is exceptional at hiding in the shadows.
Tess Urberville	Gnome	Female	Tess is a cheery gnome who is the city clerk for the area with the inn. She is apparently a master of the legal code; and somehow chased off the Shadow Blades gang so that the Stouthearts could occupy the inn peacefully.
Hshht	Tabaxi	Female	Hshht is a gaunt tabaxi who showed up in the inn one morning and slept all day in front of the fire. She was gone later that night.
Rafael	Firbolg	Male	Rafael is a friendly; but naïve; firbolg who makes toys because he wants to make people happy. His skill is incredible; but he insists on working in the area where he can do more good.
Fenir	Vedalken	Male	Fenir is a foppish sort who runs an educational smut shop called "Hot Knights". His goal is to give the people want they want; but also to better them through education. He writes many books himself.
Jurak	Hobgoblin	Female	Jurak is a well-built severe hobgoblin who runs a repair shop called "IFIX". She has 5 long braids; one for each member of her family.
Fallon	Dragonborn (silver)	Male	Fallon is a nervous; heavy-set silver dragonborn. He runs a rival inn called "The Rose & Lily" which is not doing very well. He was clearly very threatened by the presence of a new inn; with a gimmick of ex-adventurers. Bronte reassured him otherwise.
Wuen	Loxodon	Female	Wuen is a baker who runs the shop "Buns; Breads; Buns"; so-called because of her famous sign showing pictures of bun; a loaf of bread; and another bun. She is famous for her meat and veggie pies. Wuen is a real fashion plate that is always found wearing the latest styles. She has a great respect for talented chefs.
Johno	??	??	Johno has only been mentioned in passing as a key member of the Shadow Blades gang.
Seonin Flagstaff	??	??	Seonin has only been mentioned as the butcher who runs the shop "The Finest Cut". He specializes in Honoran butchery; especially antelope that is brought in from Honoro.
Nian Borowal	Loxodon	Female	Nian represents a number of businesses who wish to keep their activities hidden from prying eyes; especially from competitors. She works as the agent to vouch for the businesses and to whomever else she may be doing business with on their behalf. She has approached the Stoutheart Inn about continuing to rent the shed in the rear of the property through to the end of the year.
Hermanton Teriador	??	??	Hermanton has only been mentioned in passing as the head of the innkeeper's guild.
Kix	Halfling	Male	Kix offered to cart some garbage away until Olaxysis scared him off with talk of dead bodies. He alerted the guard of potential necromancy.
