The Caldera Mercenary Review Board

The Caldera Mercenary Review Board (CMRB) is an indepedent organization that coordinates mercenaries on behalf of Caldera and its many inhabitants.  The nation of Caldera is booming, and they lack the resources to coordinate all of this themselves.  The CMRB vets both the bounty and the mercenaries, to ensure that everything is legal and above board, while taking a small cut for themselves.  They are well known throughout Caldera and the surrounding regions, as the CMRB sends its mercenaries all over Arkadia, protecting the interests of Caldera.
