The Black Hand i an orgnization completely shut of from all other organizatory bodies of the The Baharuth Empire, in the general public there is not one individual privvy to the knowledge of their existance. There are no rumors not even the slightes whisper of its existance this allencompassing secrecy is accompished by one of the most Complex Mindlocks in existance Mind Lock

Members

The members consist mostly of so called, "Unshed Tears", orphans who got selected by members of the organization, from an early age they are trained to answer to another calling. These kids are then trained to leave their yearning for another life behind or better yet, trained to never develop such a yearning in the first place, to keep these thoughts contained like tears unshed, hence their name. Most however have no tears to shed for this live may not be the one they wished for but still better than orphanhood without any perspective.

Operations

The main focus of the organization is the handling of Information inside The Baharuth Empire, they rarely operate outside the terretories of the empire. They dwell in every circle often times hiding in plain sight, all members are masters of disguise adapting to the situation of the mission in an instant. Frequenting balls of the nobility, attending workers unions and partaking in politics.
Despite all members being trained in various forms of combat and assasinations, their missions rarely call for that specific skillset, they rather hire, employ and oversee other guilds regarding this particular part of the job. But if needed they would probably fight toe to toe with 3 or 4 members of The Baharuthan Legion

To Join "The Black Hand" is to live "The Black Hand" there is no way to exit the organization once being part of it.
