The City of Toulouse is the Capital of the Dukedom "de Fizgerald" currently headed by marquis Scott Fizgerald.

Toulouse is located along the River Torac which empties into the Origin Creek headed for the Capital Luthadell, it is a rather Old city and the architecture is pretty special lots of Mansions line the Outskirts of the City and many baharuthan Nobles own a small holding in Toulouse, not only because of how close it is to the Capital but also because of the beauty of its Landscape, The ancient Onyx Castle itself is a sight to behold but is one is to look eastwards because of its slightly elevated location the Wyvern Mountainrange is said to display a magical View.
