  On the way to the town of Colkirk they came upon a burning building, outside there was a mass of dark bird like figures standing outside along with a family huddled together fearing for their life. the party decided to engage the RavenFolk directly and ask them what business they had burning down the families establishment.   The bird folk told them that it was due to the family's failure to provide them with Colkirth Honey even after they paid. As they were not going to be killed the party and the RavenFolk split peacefully and after helping the family got some info about the vampire they had been sent to kill.
