Arcane Crystals

Arcane crystals are brilliant gem stones of varying sizes that are found buried beneath the surface of Arkos. Often residing in clusters, the crystals have little value as a precious material. Their value lies in their ability to trap and emanate the various magical energies following through the realms and Arkos itself. Thus, they are often used to power experimental technology, channel and concentrate arcane power, and augment magic practitioners capabilities.
Arcane Crystals have to been known to house magic from all the different forms excluding nature and blood, which rely on living tissue in order to subsist.
