Del'Orta

Founded by Captain "Flying" Flynn, this pirate haven has become a booming port of illicit and goods and slavery. This has made the city very, very, rich, and forced the recognition of the country of Xi Pan. It wages an ongoing guerilla war with The Embarian League.

Demographics

A hodgepodge of races, most are humans, there are many elves and dragonborn and tieflings as well. The least represented race is dwarves because of their dislike of water.

There are three permanent seats in the crossbone council, they may each nominate a member of their own from the strongest of the pirates in Del'Orta

Defences

There are several watchtowers that survey the ocean watching each has a rune escribed that hold the illusion magic, that hides the island, in place.
