Invested Divinity

Worship of the New Gods, popular amongst wanderers and mercenaries--perfect for state agents on the move. Preaches the presence of gods and spirits reflected in people, places, and objects encountered by adherents. While many places and things have their own spirits, Pilgrim's Invested Divinity asserts that these subjects "echo" the gods in specific ways--the father may echo Fraxiros' authority, the home may echo his order, a mountain may echo his majesty. These "echos" resonate with local spirits to create spiritual and metaphysical harmony. Adherents are encouraged to find the intersection of all these and align themselves within it. Zashi was particularly pleased to see the guardian spirit shrine in Hu Zhuang Wu because it was another note in the harmony of the place which imbued it with a richer spiritual resonance.
