Kingdom of Kimerha (Keem-er-ha)

The Kimerhan area has been fought over for its resources and strategic importance for millennia. The adventurous Lampa of Varsemia, formed several colonies around the Night Sea coast six and seven centuries ago in order to exploit its resources for trade with the wider Lampa world.   Two centuries ago, their government had gravitated from classical Greek democracy to control by a single family.   The current ruler, Satyris, conquered nearby Lampa cities, heralding the birth of the Kimerhan Kingdom, and a dynasty of rulers that endures to this day.   Despite this strength, Kimerha remains under threat from the nearby Sythanian nomadic tribes, and from the avaricious gaze of nearby Ponthia, and from the asphyxiating presence of the Violet Empire.   The Spardocids dynasty, although tyrants, have proved themselves benevolent rulers. Their kingdom is governed with fairness and enjoys good diplomatic relations with the rest of the Lampa world.   The land is lush and fertile, making it's wheat an exquisite commodity on a region where winters are unforgiving.   Their military burrows from the nomads archery expertise as well as the anti-cavalry discipline of it's infanty.   Kimerhans worship the Lampa pantheon.
