The Bojutsu Disciple can choose between the following style strikes:
Dazzling Strike: The Bojutsu Disciple swings wildly, hoping the movements intimidates his foe. as part of the attack, the monk can do a free combat maneuver check against enemy. If successful, the enemy is shaken for 1 round. The enemy is shaken an extra round for each 5 the monk's combat maneuver exceeds the DC.
Feinting Strike: The Bojutsu Disciple swings his staff with abaddon, hoping the swinging movements catch the target off-guard. In addition to the attack, the monk can do a free combat maneuver check against the target. If it succeeds, the enemy is flat-footed until the end of the monk's turn. This attack must be made with a staff.
Nut Cracker: The Bojutsu Disciple does a sweeping strike from below, hoping the attack breaks the enemies focus. If it hits, The monk can do a free combat maneuver against the enemy. If successful, the enemy is nauseated until the end of it's round. Creatures without discernible anatomy are not affected by this style strike (subject to GM discretion). The monk must attack with the staff to use this strike.
Polevault Assault: The Bojutsu Disciple uses his staff to leap through the air to strike a foe with a kick. Before the attack, the Bojutsu Disciple can roll an acrobatics check and he gains a +2 circumstance bonus (as if using a pole). He can move towards the target a number of feet equal to the acrobatics result. This movement is made as part of the monk’s flurry of blows attack and does not require an additional action. At the end of this movement, the monk must make an attack against an adjacent foe. This movement may be between attacks. This movement provokes an attack of opportunity as normal. The attack made after the movement must be a kick.
Vertical Swing: The Bojutsu Disciple uses one of the tips of his staff with both hands, swinging both arms like a hammer, with the impact potentially dazing the creature. For this specific attack, the monk is considered to have reach. If the attack hits, the monk can make a free combat maneuver check against the target of this strike (using the base attack bonus of the attack used to hit the foe). If the check is successful, the target is dazed for 1 round. Creatures without discernible anatomy are not affected by this style strike (subject to GM discretion). The monk must attack with the staff to use this strike.
This alters the style strikes of the unchained monk.
