Netheril's Shrine

ABOUT:

This enourmous temple has survived and been constantly updated throughout all the previous cataclismic events that harassed Artha's stability for millenia. It's architecture reveals diversified aesthetics which conserves each of its previous eras stylistics.
Its main entrance is located on the first level of the city where it receives and attends the majority of Artha's population, but Mystra's power reaches far beyond as incredible magical devices installed in the temple allow it to rise through the inside part of the mountain up to the highest level of arthasian skies.
Magical elevators built inside the rocks permit an easy and fast access to any of the city's degrees, being an instrumental and important building for the Guptjadoo Adesh or Netheril's Order to freely wander through the cursed city.

MYSTRA'S COUNCIL:

The Shrine is also the headquarters and gathering place for the faith's Council, a groupe consisted in its majority of clerics, oracles, wizards and sorcerers that, through democratic endeavors, guide the faith's affairs in Arthas and other planes of existence. In the current moment, the council has mainly members of the two dissident orders - the Guptjadoo Adesh and Netheril's Order. It is comprised in the current moment (423 GR) of 21 arch-chairs mostly occupied by powerful spellcasters. Every 6 years the council undergoes an election to vote for the Archweaver, head of the Council.

Important NPCs:

Lierin, Emmara Nin, Surjag Wertix, Telandia Edassëril and the current Archweaver, Enay Enikala. There are rumors that Alassë's expelling of the council is somewhat connected to the prohibition imposed from Arthasian's nobility senate that impedes her from entering the city's territory.
