City of Lies

The City of Lies is built on the only beach on the Isle of the Scorpion, sheer cliffs and treacherous reefs protect it all around and rumour has it no one leaves or enters the City of Lies without the Scorpion clan knowing of it. Most outsiders never see the rest of the island, the clan always has been secretive of what lies beyond the city walls and even after the rebellion, the place has stayed largely the same. Many samurai no longer welcome elsewhere took refuge on this island and it is no secret that the same people as before the rebellion are still in control here.
