Shiba Tsukimi
Daimyo (a.k.a. The Blind Phoenix)
Tsukimi never had the intention of becoming the next Daimyo and actually stepped away from her titles to pursue her study of magic.
However, like so many other stories, the rebellion changed things. The Phoenix clan was trapped in their castle with angry mobs outside and their leader had already fallen.
Under her command, the Phoenix Shugenja were organised and together they called upon a spell to whisk them away to safety. After that, she stepped into the role of Daimyo and has led the clan since.
