Shiro Mirumoto

Shiro Mirumoto has never been a great city like many of the other Clan's capitals. It was a quiet place of meditation and introspection and when the rebellion erupted, not much changed here. The monks of the Dragon Clan lived very much alongside their people and neither felt the need to turn to violence. When the treaty was signed the monks stepped down from officially ruling and someone else stepped up. This did not change much in practice, as the best course of action is still decided on by all the people as it has been before.
