Routing of the Redbrand Ruffians

On their way to the tournaments at Brushwood-on-the-Marsh, the Band travelled through Armyford, a town under the tyranny of the Redbrand Ruffians.

After several days travelling from Scrubfort on the way to Brushwood-on-the-Marsh, the Band of the Lark arrived in Armyford looking for a place to stay the night. Soon upon their arrival, they were harassed by members of group calling themselves the Redbrand Ruffians. Not ones for taking an insult, the Band gave a swift and brutal lesson to the Ruffians. This action drew ire from the town's mayor for fear of reprisal. Whether it was out of compassion or frustration, the Band decided to rid the town of the Ruffians. They took out a group of Ruffians that had taken over the local tavern before storming the ruined manor they were using as a base. The Band methodically cleared the manor's basement of Ruffians, undead, some Bugbears and a Nothic. However, in the chaos of their fighting the leader of the Ruffians escaped unseen. During the raid, the Band managed to rescue some prisoners and Krusk acquired his trusty sword Talon.
