United Worlds Institution

Structure

The Institution is made of the Heads of the Councils that respectively link down to the commonfolk via their representatives in from towns, smaller villages, bigger cities. The Institution is where all the Council Heads bring the needs, requirements, demands and complaints from the people whom they represent. While the Royal family of Forice, the world that binds together Terra, Sheiia, Ronlor and many more, do have the upper hand in having the final say what goes where and what ends up being done, only one or two of them are present at a gathering of the Council Heads. They take down notes and gather every single thing heard, then prompt the discussion of possibilities and eventual problems.

Assets

The Institution doesn't have its own money - it is financed by the Royal Family - but they do have special space chariots that are to take the Council Heads to the space station that is the Institution's home operating base.
Talking technology - The Institution combines tried and tested ancient mechanisms with modern technological knowledge, natural and powerful magic and plenty of well-research-supported science.

It's interesting to note that the Spider's space station is the first place where any beings coming from different planes or planets end up in - one way or another. There are anomaly-concentrating and attracting spots around the station that can define the overall direction and possible location the being's coming from and in matter of the smallest pieces of a second change the interior of the accepting hall to match the newcomer's home land as close as possible. In this adapted area members of the Institute would welcome the foreign being.
