Buttonbee Hollow

Buttonbee Hollow is a pastoral village in Eastern Arvor, nestled in a valley between the Glum Forest and the slow-trickling Honeysuckle River. In 1500 GS, Willoughby the Green Knight embarked on his quest from Buttonbee Hollow. Later that year, he returned to re-plant The Mother Tree and establish an orphanage and school on his old familial estate.
Since then Buttonbee Hollow has grown with the roots of the Mother Tree, but retained its own roots: feasts where all are welcome (with an abundance of honey cider doughnuts), a community spirit, and celebration of of small magic.

Demographics

The majority of Buttonbee Hollow residents are halflings, but since the opening of the orphanage and school the population has diversified.

Government

Buttonbee Hollow democratically elects a mayor to six-year terms.
