Tymora
(a.k.a. Lady Luck, Our Smiling Lady)
Tymora favors those who take chances: gamblers, adventurers, and artists. She also cares for those who are down on their luck, particularly orphans. It’s said giving a coin to an orphan is the surest way to win her favor. It seems the orphans heard too, because they often gather by gaming houses and racetracks.
There are few temples to Tymora, but it’s common to find shrines to her in most settled places. Her priests are often wanderers, sharing wisdom like “fortune favors the bold”, or “sometimes the lady smiles...sometimes she laughs out loud.
