Acteon funds and manages a fighting tournament where warriors of the kingdom may gather and test themselves against both each other and the many monsters and beasts of the realm. Ranking fighters also receive a salary for retaining their spots and moving up in the rankings. While the tournament passes itself as an honorable test of skill, many recognize it for what it is, pit fighting. To these dissenters, there is no honor in fighting others for personal glory and a fat coinpurse.
