Beferal

City of Stilts

Generously named a "city", the village of Beferal sits near the edge of the Slugwill Marshes. It is mainly accessible by ferry from the borders of the marsh, but can be reached on foot. As the foremost settlement in the marshes, it is the first point of contact with the rest of the kingdom, functioning as a production and trade hub.

• Poscis Fish: A many-boned species of fish used to to produce large quantities of fish oil. Poscis oil is highly sought after for medicinal and pharmeceutical applications
• Ficus Sap: Sap from the Ficus tree that grows abundantly in the marshlands. It is used to create a sticky elastic substance used as an adhesive or for waterproofing.
