Eloise III spends two decades cleaning up rebels

With the main power center of the northwest conquered, many outlying small islands surrendered quickly. Many, however, continued to hold out, and fought a great number of guerrilla engagements, avoiding the ocean and Eloise's naval prowess. Eventually she was successful in conquering all major outlying groups and declared her broad northwestern conquest finished. Tiny groups would pop up for many years after this however.
