Eloise III Takes On The Seas

Empress Eloise III, noting the danger of the Kao Islands to her expanding naval exploits, sought to quickly crush their ability to interfere. Her conquest was swift, won largely on the back of impressive naval tactics and the fact Divinice had resources (metals) that the islands did not have, limiting their ability to properly defend themselves.
