Citizens of Nirvejan make the dangerous mountain crossing into Stolisia

With life in the west becoming ever more chaotic, a large group of Nirvejani decided they had simply Had it in 1303. With the aid of a few of the Stolisian smugglers, this group would make the dangerous crossing across the mountains and seek asylum in Stolisia, which would be granted. Their success spread quickly, despite Empress Kohinoor II's and Empress Tsisia II's attempts to stop the story from entering Nirvejan. For the next seven years, more citizens would make the crossing, seeking safety from the Empire's persecution. In 1310, with Nirvejan declared independent, many of these refugees elected to return, with the well wishes of the Stolisians who had housed them in the meantime. Many others continued to remain, but were free to travel back to Nirvejan at any time.
