Chimon Makisugu
Emperor
Once called "The Dragon's Hound," due to his close personal relationship with the previous emperor, Chimon's reign began in outrage from the many clans. The Dog clan was small, with only one true noble family, the Maki. They served as enforcers for the emperor, something akin to an honor guard but with no land to call their own like the four main clans. When the emperor perished to King Mao's entropy curse, he made it clear to his advisers and shoguns that Chimon was to be the next emperor, giving him all the Dragon clan had and declaring that he would be a stalwart leader for the people. It was on his deathbed that he proclaimed Chimon would no longer be called "Maki," he would be called "Makisugu" to signify the strength he would lead the people of Kondai with.
