Rover

These humans control the plains to the south of Altria, taking advantage of their undersireability due to their close proximity to the Mirabi Desert, Witchwood, and The Kingfisher's Skyspire. The close proximity to these three locations makes the area treacherous and difficult to control, which is seemingly perfect to the Rovers, who are mostly descended from bandits and humans who resisted the formation of Altria.

Usually geared up and ready for battle, rovers tend to wear armor they have pieced together from battles among themselves and the occasional fights with Altrian warriors.
