Undine Empire

The Undine Empire is a geopolitical organization that is technically a part of Altria, though it maintains much of its own autonomy and is widely considered to be its own kingdom. It controls all the coastal regions around eastern Edore, its boundaries sitting right up against the Dark Depths. It maintains a figurehead, called the King Under the Sea, the patriarch of the royal bloodline.
