Ballegor, The Pirat

Ballegor is a curiosity in Ashanor, he's a dragon that has taken to loving the code of Piracy. He works with Ed Teach to organize Pirate tactics and in general the military actions in the world. He likes to wear a small hat that Teach comissioned for him, the size of the hat is enough that a halfling could sit in it with room to spare.
