Squirrels
Squirrels in Ashanor are conniving little buggers. Careful they just might steal your nuts.
Otherwise known as Scuirian (Skwee-ree-yan) this race evolved from your standard squirrels. They were on Ashanor before the rift opened but at that time they were just regular old squirrels. Most think the events of the rift may have had something to do with the evolution of the adorable race.
Ability Score increase = +1 Dex and +1 Cha
Age = reach maturity at age 7 and live to around 60 years old
Size = small
Speed = 30
Tends toward chaotic alignments.
Proficiencies: Acrobatics
Abilities:
*Footpads: Takes no falling damage from a height of 70 feet or lower.
*Land Stewards. Your speedy heart and love for adventure fuels you, long rests are hard for scuirians and if they spend over 12 hours doing little to no activities they will get restless and will have Disadvantage on all wisdom rolls for the next 12 hours. Its hard to talk sense into a hyperactive squirrel. Languages: Common, Scui

*Squirrely Wrath/Love: The squirrel can use a bonus action to smite or heal one target for 1d6 +1 hp. This can be used up to 4 times in a long rest.
*Alchemist's supplies proficiency
Flying

*Webbed arms: This allows the squirrel to hover like a hangglider. The squirrel can fly at speed 40 but may not ascend. Each round they descend 5 height.
*Proficiency in Navigator's or Cartographer's tools.
