The Curiosities and Oddities Section of the Thunderfall Cascade General Store is a mesmerizing corner where the mundane brushes shoulders with the magica. Elowen Ironwood spends a lot of time, effort and pride in this area.
Preserved Wonders
- A dragon scale, iridescent and as large as a dinner plate, rests on a velvet cushion. Eldric claims it's from the legendary Firewing Dragon slain during his youth.
Next to it, a phoenix feather quill awaits a poet or a spellcaster. Its tip glows when dipped in ink, as if remembering ancient incantations.(Purchased)

- Crystal balls, smooth and cool to the touch, sit atop carved wooden stands. Elowen uses them to glimpse distant realms or predict the weather for the harvest festival.
- Tarot decks, their cards worn at the edges, invite seekers to unravel their destinies. The Fool, the High Priestess, and the Tower—all whisper secrets.
Enchanted Mirrors
- Oval mirrors framed in silver hang side by side. Each reflects a different reality: one shows the mundane world, another reveals glimpses of the Feywild, and the third reflects the past.
- Eldric warns visitors not to linger too long—the mirrors have been known to steal time.
Curious Creatures
A miniature griffin perches in a gilded cage. Its feathers shimmer like sun-kissed clouds, and its beak clicks in greeting.(Purchased)- A fire sprite, no larger than a hummingbird, flits about in a glass orb. Its glow warms the room during chilly evenings.
- And then there's Pip, the mischievous pixie. Pip rearranges the shelves when no one's looking, leaving cryptic notes in Elowen's handwriting.
