The Night Queen

The Night Queen is a Great Old One. Though terrifying to behold she is not evil or malicious and does not seek to harm those that do not actively seek harm her or her kin. She has spent many years underground traversing the Sunken lands and possess many burrows.

Personal history

The Night Queen used to hunt the nighttime on the surface with her Children. When the mortal races appeared her terrible visage caused much calamity. So through her Steward she made a compact with the mortal races that if they did not seek conflict with her or her children then she would abandon the surface and retreat to the Sunken Lands. The Night Queen is friend to all who still honor the compact made those many years ago.
