Gleeful Trail

The Gleeful Trail is a popular hiking trail that winds through the dense Ravenwood National Forest, located to the east of Ashton Creek. In an effort to decrease the number of lost and vanished hikers in the area, the trail is well-marked and well-maintained. Jack WIlliams is personally responsible for its safety. Despite this, there are dozens of missing persons a year. Nonetheless, many are drawn to its natual beauty. The trail is suitable for hikers of all skill levels, with a range of easy, moderate, and challenging routes to choose from. The more challenging routes pass through the lower reaches of the creek, passing by a beautiful waterfall but also the perpetually dim Glumgrove.
