Elf

There is a high diversity of elves in Askara, and each race can be easily told apart by their key characteristics and differences. More so, one can then infer where an Elf hails from based on their characteristics. - There are the agile and quick-witted Wood Elves, primarily found in the She'jian Dynasty or Eldath's Rest. Wood Elves prefer the comfort of the wilderness over bustling cities. Most Wood Elf communities are not even properly marked on circulated maps of Askara. - The sophisticated High Elves favor the arcane and make up the majority of the Alvari Dominion's Aristocracy. Others have migrated to the more liberal nation of Valenar, where they need not adhere to the typical elven traditions and standards of living. - The whimsical Pallid Elves are the most mobile of the Elf races. Many Pallids desire to see the world and explore, unlike their more stationary cousins. Small Pallid communities can be found on Asatari and Osyra, but those are few and far between. - The Drow or "Dark Elves" of the Underdark are a twisted and scheming race cursed to live underground for their go's betrayal to the Elf All-father. The Drow are rarely ever seen on the surface, and if they are, one can be certain trouble is not far behind.
