Undoubtedly being the most populous race in the Brights and perhaps even the entire world, humans are known as some of the most influential and volatile given their short lifespan, high birth-rate, and exceptional drive to achieve greatness, whatever that may look like. Their exact origins are often ill-defined or vehemently debated. No one god has ever claimed to be their maker; whether that's because they were created through a collaborative effort or their creators simply refuse to take responsibility for them remains unclear. What is known is that in spite of how most human-led civilizations are far younger than other non-human civilizations, they have existed for about as long as any other humanoid. It would seem that ambition is the key to both the success of their civilizations as well as their pension for in-fighting and willful ignorance of the past.
