Trade Routes

A trade route or trade way is a well traveled road or network of roads that support trading or mercantile activities. Often, trade routes were located along main migratory routes that intersected multiple urban hubs or hubs of trade. The junction at which trade routes meet are referred to as Trade Nexus's and are meeting places for merchants & caravans.
