Astera A World of Song and Prophecy

First, there was sound. Primal and Chaotic, it swirled around, until the first beings coalesced out of the sound, took shape and consciousness. There were 8 of them, each embodying a different aspect of sound. Some light and gentle, others harsh, some quick and frantic, others slow and methodical, some harmonious and others discordant. Naturally, not all of them got along, so they took it upon themselves to take parts of the Soundweave and sing it into form, give it shape. Thus Astera was born, a world sung into existence.
