Freda, the weaver

Freda is an admirer of Halia Thorntonfor her courage in standing up for herself and against the Redbrands. A little naïve she lacks the intelligence to question things.  She's a widowed dragonborn and carries the air of sadness with her. Nevertheless she's very friendly and looking for her quiet spot amidst this gentle village.
