Created the Redbrands and is their leader. Took the alias Glasstaff to remain unknown. Carries a glass staff. Former member of The Lords' Alliance, seized an opportunity in Phandalin to fill his own pockets. He was tasked with setting up a constabulary, but created the Redbrands instead. Got a meeting with the Black Spider and brokered a deal. For his loyalty he would get intel about the Forge of Spells and its wealth from the Drow. A short, dark-bearded, human wizard in his thirties with an air of gentility and courteousness, but in reality a thug.
