Revenge of the Roc Business Ledger
The ledger found seems to be a record of financial transactions for the establishment. Most of the transaction in it seem more than normal in terms of the day to day stuff; water, food, payment for the workers that manage and run the casino. There are, however, more than a few instances where the casino seemed to be wiring a decent amount of funds in donation under the description "Blessings from Kara". Other strange transactions are labeled as "The Old Man" and a fair bit more under the description "The Hazel Lady" and "The Sweets"
