Wati
If Dakilai weren't as big of a tourist trap as it was, Wati would be the biggest city in the Desert. Being at the center of the religious following of Soft Whisper, many who follow make it a point to travel here for the Festival of Wayward Whispers once a year to hear the advice and whispers of their past ancestors that once lived within the destroyed remains of Old Wati.
