Advantage and Disadvantage

Advantage and Disadvantage are modifiers to an attack roll, skill check, ability check, or saving throw.

Advantage

A roll with advantage is rolled twice, with the higher of the two results being taken.

Disadvantage

A roll with disadvantage is rolled twice, with the lower of the two results being taken.
