Primordials

The Greater Titans, also known as the primordials, are truly ancient powers, most being much older than most of the gods that hold power today. They are said to have been born of the primorial chaos of the universe, and are considered by many sages to be the architects of the Prime Material Plane. There were once hundreds of primordials, but after a brutal war with the gods (see The War in Heaven), only a handful remained, with most of them finding themselves imprisoned in the Tarterian Depths of Carceri.

Elemental Lords

The elemental lords are a group of primordials that hold power over the elements of the physical world. As they did not participate in The War in Heaven, they were spared from the fate of their kin, and exist today as a distinct group of cosmic powers.
